It’s fixed…. for now
Yup
Till winter comes
Right the guy dint even inspect it less then 2 mins ….its better than new he says lol ….
I’m excited to see the new wheels and tires.
better than new or looks like it should? are you sure they gave you back the same car?
Yeah with these things they probably just did a data transfer like an iphone hahaha ?
Even coulda transferred the milage to haha
Dude is it me or did the panel gap get even wider??
@Elijah Stapleton Put the two teslas close together.. they flash headlights at each other to transfer the data. 🙂
@ELITE RACER45 it came down so the roof line flows like it should, but that gap is still really wide. Not sure if it’s supposed to be like that because it lines up perfectly when you look at the rear.
Tesla sold me a Y with a scratched rim. They didn’t want to fix it. ?♀️ Even after I marked it during my touchless pickup.
Many teslas have defects and damage like that. Check out Chicago auto pros on youtube
Should have denied delivery
Someone important at tesla saw it on youtube
Maybe even they saw my comments on the previous two videos.
Yep, people watching. Good luck if you’re the typical owner.
Now for the LR
Nah … I claim non-factor, though of course who knows. They generally do a pretty good job w/ customer service. Generally ….
I liked the correction from “we” to “I”. Good dad.
He wasn’t shy about Tommy backing the middle 3 into something either
Happy Tesla came through for you guys fixing the door and realigning the rear hatch for ya. Good luck and happy testing TFL.
Watched your painful poor service video on the i3 BMW this am. When consumers see positive service responses from service-oriented companies, that can draw in new customers. Hmm, should I take a look at Tesla?
What their other videos about Tesla repairs (this one and the other one they backed into a garage and needed to get bodywork done).
No. When you buy a Tesla, you don’t really fully own it. You can’t service it yourself, they update it whether you want them to or not, they ban rebuilt salvage cars from fast charging anywhere by means of a software update, and I’m sure other things I’m forgetting.
What?! The tesla doesnt have a sensor to warn you when you’re about to curb your wheels?
Watch the woman who drove her model x into the garage door because the falcon wing doors were open lol. You would have thought the Tesla would have stopped itself
@Cole Spolaric any car car beeps at you when you drive with the doors open, but remember that stupidity is far stronger than the smartest of systems.
@Simple Inverso I know. But it’s always a joke that Teslas are supposed to be so smart they’re idiot proof lol
@Cole Spolaric I get the joke, I was trying to make another joke, but as you can see I’m quite horrible at it…
@Simple Inverso that’s ok, you’re still cooler than at least half the commenters on YouTube that can’t be civilized in the comments!
My 33s on my truck were like 45 pounds!
I wonder if people who don’t have popular YouTube channels will get the same responsive and above and beyond treatment? But it took 3 tries to hopefully get it fixed.
Is this a new facility? When Tommy scrunched the rear end of the Model 3, you had to take it to a non-Tesla repair shop.
I got the same treatment. Any issues were fixed with my car. I don’t have a YouTube channel.
A very good friend has two Teslas. She gets great service (but she is super cute, not sure if that has any impact)
I got the same treatment. Tesla fixed everything on time for me. I also have a curbed rim and Tesla offered to fix it for a pretty good price. I’ll get my rim repaired next time.
It seems that many owners need repairs for factory defects. But they seem to fix their problems quickly, once, twice, three times, until they get it fixed.
I had a great experience getting my HW3 computer upgrade when it was released early in 2020 during the lock down. I’m also happy to hear fixing the curbed rims isn’t a huge deal as I might have also curbed one of my wheels.
I remember this being gray. I must’ve missed something.
You’re thinking of the Model 3 they had before. This is the new Model Y.
I just saw a Y in person for the first time last week. It really turned my head. That is the one as far as I’m concerned. If I were to buy a Tesla that would be it.
Europeans want to open a court case against Tesla as 50% of cars have issues.
Glade to see finally something good for you guys!
69 lbs each ?
When you are dealing with Dealers or Car manufacturers, you should have an undercover person do it. That way we can get some real world experiences and results. I think it is safe to say, you guys get preferential treatment. But what you are currently doing is still appreciated.
They know we’re watching 😉
Next week’s title, “It’s broken again” ?
lol, Land rover quality…. Fix it again and again and again until it drives u nuts
