The etron gt also has four wheel drive like the tycoon, because one motor drives the front wheels and the other drives the back wheels and also like the tycoon.
The motor at the back comes with a two speed gearbox. This uses second gear most of the time, but it switches into first gear when you engage launch control to help it accelerate faster off the line with launch control and boost mode enabled. The new e tron gt will do naught to 60 miles an hour in 4.1 seconds, that's 1.3 seconds quicker than a rear.
