However, there are subtle cues that distinguish it, such as the “e” badging and the green number plate. One quirky feature that can be found in all new Peugeots, including the e-308, is the small steering wheel setup. If you’ve never sat in a new Peugeot before, it’s worth noting that you’re supposed to look over the steering wheel to see the driver display, rather than looking through it like in most modern cars. This setup may take some getting used to if you’re unfamiliar with it, but it adds a unique touch to the driving experience.

The space in the back of the e-308 is similar to the regular 308. It is not particularly impressive, considering the size of the car on the road. A child safety seat will fit comfortably, but adults may not have as much legroom. Headroom is also limited.

The boot capacity of the e-308 is smaller than the petrol-powered versions of the car. With a capacity of 361 liters, it falls short compared to the 42 liters of the petrol-powered 308. Choosing a plug-in hybrid or the e-308 means sacrificing boot space due to the batteries and extra equipment that needs to be fitted. The remaining space is similar to an mg4, smaller than the VW ID3 cpra born, and significantly smaller than the Tesla Model 3.

Unfortunately, there is no front boot for additional storage. Underfloor storage is also limited, which is a disappointment considering the need to store the charging cable. However, there is good news on the horizon, as a fully electric e-308 SW estate version is on the way. However, it’s worth noting that with a full 100% charge of the battery getting the estimated range. It’s highly unlikely the shown counter ever gonna drop to zero without any stop.
